GRP Architrave Over Box Door and Frame

Introducing our GRP Architrave Over Box Door and Frame (701 x 504mm), a robust solution designed to complement recessed meter boxes. Crafted from SMC, a durable yet lightweight material, this cover is tailored with a tapered back to accommodate Wavin, Medium Permali, and Tricel meter boxes.

Specifications:

• Constructed from highly durable, fire-retardant SMC material
• Comes complete with hinges, lock, and key for added security

Fitting Instructions:

1. Clean the inside of the existing meter box frame with a cloth.
2. Apply silicone around the frame of the GRP Architrave Overbox, ensuring a thick bead along the architrave edge.
3. Apply a thick bead of silicone in the top and bottom corners.
4. Slide the GRP Architrave Overbox into place within the existing meter box, ensuring correct orientation.
5. Drill four holes using a 3.5mm diameter drill bit in the molded slots.
6. Secure the GRP Architrave Overbox in place with self-tapping screws.
7. Attach the meter box door to the GRP Architrave Overbox and close.
