Delivery Costs & Time
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The total amount will be displayed before you complete your payment.
Deliveries are typically made to your door via a tracked courier. If you have any concerns, we can provide information on the location and estimated time of delivery. Orders placed earlier in the day are more likely to be dispatched the same day, except for those paid by bank transfer, where the payment must clear first. Once payment is received, we will send you an invoice notification and begin processing your order for dispatch.
For parcels up to 20kg in the UK mainland, standard delivery is ‘next day’ from the date of dispatch. While this applies to most products, exceptions include items such as x-shape lid supports, meter boxes, and tanks.
Please note the cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 1 pm, and we do not deliver on weekends.
There are some exceptions based on location, see below (detailed 7-10 day postcodes - whenever possible we will do our best to reduce the delivery times).

Deliveries will be 48 hours as standard, apart from the following postcodes which are on 7-10 days (whenever possible we will do our best to reduce the delivery times):

Septic Tank & Sectional Tank Delivery:
All septic and sectional tanks will be delivered on pallets to the contact address provided. Offloading and positioning are not included (unless specified) and arrangements will need to be made by you. When ordering the tank, we require the full postal address and site contact name and number so that we can pass this information onto the haulier.

Currently, we only ship to England, Wales, and Scotland. Contact us for a price if you require delivery to anywhere else within Europe. For delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland, please contact us on 019 344 21477.
Failed Deliveries
If the delivery fails because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the courier, the parcel will be returned to the local courier depot, and you will receive a card from them asking you to call to rearrange the delivery. You can also arrange delivery online. If you do not call or contact Hydrobuild at 019 344 21477 or sales@hydrobuild.co.uk , the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days, and we will have to charge you for the cost of the second delivery.
1 Year Parts Warranty:
If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within one year of purchase we will offer to repair or replace it at no cost to you. If we ask you to return the product to us we will credit you with the cost of return postage. We will ask for a description and possibly a photograph of the fault. The warranty does not cover normal 'wear and tear' that occurs in normal everyday use or damage sustained by misuse or use outside the manufacturer's instructions. If we are unable to replace or repair the item for example, because the product is not available and the item is returned to the warehouse, we will refund the cost of your purchase.
Returns
If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition.
Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged, we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
